JMM’s Juan M. Morales, P.E. has developed dozens of courses on work zone safety for the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), where he has served as Chief Instructor since 2005. He is a nationally recognized expert, having delivered work zone courses in over 40 different states.  He has a unique knowledge of work zone (and temporary traffic control) standards, guidelines and recommended practices. During his tenure with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), Mr. Morales served as ITE’s liaison to the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (NCUTCD).
